Decisions, decisions...
One of my friends offered to cook me dinner as his birthday present to me. He can really get down in the kitchen, but I have no idea what to ask for.
What would you suggest?
Not sure if your a vegan or not, but my suggestion is a baseball cut filet mignon, with a red wine reduction and a béarnaise sauce to accompany with reduced mushroom caps. Then for sides may I suggest white asparagus with hollandaise and potato daffonaise. For dessert creme brûlée. :) happy eating!
